We import your contacts from spreadsheets or from Outlook or other address books.
Once all your business contacts have been imported you can access all customer details in one place. Duplicate records can be are cleared out and contacts are linked to organisations. Keep notes and information about your contacts in one easily accessible place.
You can search through your database using different criteria. Automatically update your client contact details using OpenNetworks CRM Update email and two way SMS communication.
From there "Calls" and "Tasks" are used to collaboratively manage sales, client follow up and work that needs to be done. The shared company Calendar is used to coordinate meetings and records a history of meetings with clients and prospects. SMS and Email reminders are used increase meeting attendance.
Once "Deals" and "Products" are set up, quotes can generated quickly and accurately. They are then sent out and and stored in OpenNetworks CRM - easily accessible for future reference.
Clients can register for a mailing list from your website - with the CRM alerting you immediately. Manage events from automatic RSVPs to "Thank You's" - all through OpenNetworks CRM.
