Pricing

Once-off charges and Monthly fee are based on the number of users. Pricing includes: implementation, data import, training and support.

Once-off charges: CRM setup (R10,000) + data import (R1,000 per user) + training (R1,000 per user) + Google Apps setup (R850 per account).

Monthly fee: Basic* (R500) + support (R500 per hour) + CRM user acounts (R100 per user) + Google Apps (R50 per account).

Includes 25GB email storage per account, unlimited CRM linked Google Docs, 1GB document storage per user, 100 SMS units, bulk email**, backup and system upgrades.


Typical implementations costs:

  • 20 Users: Once-off 67,000 + R4,500 per month. This includes 2hours of monthly support and 10,000 records.
  • 50 Users: Once-off R152,500 + R11,000 per month. This includes 5 hours of monthly support and 20,000 records.
  • 100 Users: Once off R295,000 + R22,500 per month. Includes: 10 hours of monthly support and 50,000 records.
  • 250 Users: Once off R722,500 + R55,000 per month. Includes: 25 hours of monthly support and 100,000 records.

Additional SMS usage 29c (South Africa local), all prices are Excluding VAT.
