Blue border around linked bulk email images.
When you have an image in your mail - say a logo or banner, and you want to link that to a website, you can click on the image and then click on the Insert/Edit link icon . A dialog box will appear - where you enter the URL.
Make sure the protocol is http://. Then click on OK.
A blue border will now appear around your image. To remove this blue border, right click on the image and pick Image Properties and set the border to 0, click OK.
The blue border should now be gone, but you must put in the 0 for that to happen.
