Checking and processing SMS responses.

When you have sent out a bulk sms from the system, and did not change the from number to be your own, if people respond to the sms the replies will come straight into the system. If a contacts has responded you will receive an alerts in your email inbox letting you know. You can check the SMS received to see if there are people who want to be unsubscribed, or who have answered or asked a question.

To get to the received SMS - at the bottom of your left hand side control panel you will see the View Logs dropdown:

Click on the View Logs Dropdown - and select SMS received:

This will take you to a list of the responses that have come into the system.

There is the option to unsubscribe people straightaway if they ask to be unsubscribed - by clicking on the unsubscribe button below their names:

Once you have clicked on that they will be unsubscribed from receiving any further SMS' through the system. If you need to unsubscribe them at a later stage - you can do that.
