Can I see Birthdays on the Calendar?

You can set your calendar to show you when it is one off your contacts birthdays. The birthday will show in an orange banner on the day.

To set your calendar up to show you the birthdays – you need to go to the blue Calendar Preferences link which is at the top right of your screen.

Once you have clicked on that a couple of options will be shown – and you can decide what it is that you want to see on your calendar.

You can also choose to see your tasks on your calendar, and whether you want your calendar to be broken up into hour or half hour sections. Here you will find a check box that says Show Birthdays.

Check the check box and click on save at the top of the screen – and all the birthdays that you have on your CRM will now show on your calendar – with the name of the contact as a blue link – so you click through to their details and send them a quick SMS.

Please note that if you do not have the birthday field for a contact set to their birth date (year not necessary) the birthday will not show on the calendar.
