Call preferences
If you have archived your call and it is still showing on the list - check your call preferences. This is where you can set what it is you want to see.
When you click on that link you will see a couple of things you can change - the most important being what calls you want shown on the calls list. If the Archive checkbox is checked - remove the tick and save - and none of your archived calls will show. If at a later stage you need to go back to your calls list and see archived calls - you can come to the calls preferences and check the Archive checkbox - then all your archived calls will be shown.
