Moving a call on

If you make a call and the person is not available - or asks you to call them at a later date - how does OpenNetworks CRM deal with that for you?

First thing you need to do is have a call created and saved. So if you are calling the contact you should actually be in the call and getting their numbers from that screen. If you can either not reach them - or they ask you to call them later there are two ways you can do it.

You can either change the date and time using the date and time dropdown options, or alternatively you can use the buttons below that which say Today, Tomorrow, 1 Week etc.

 Using the dropdowns will not automatically save the call - so you need to change the details and then click on save. Using the buttons will automatically save your call - so make sure that you have made the notes you need to make - then click on the button of your choice!
