What to do when a call has been completed

Once you have completed a call you want it removed off your calls list - but not deleted. The solution is archiving the call!

There are two ways to archive a call - the first is from the calls list - when you are on the calls list you will see a button at the top of the list that says Archive.

Clicking on the archive button will remove the call from the calls list - but will not delete it - so that when you need to check the call at a later stage you can do that!

The second way of archiving a call is when you are in the call - so you have the call open and have completed the call - made notes and now want to remove it off the list. At the top of the screen you will see an Archive button, click on that and the call will be saved and archived - thus removed off your calls list.

If you have archived your calls - and they are still showing on the list - check your call preferences!
