Change contact form view
So, you only want see certain fields on the Contact Form in your CRM? It's easy.
First you will need to create yourself a form, so go to your Forms by clicking the blue "Forms" link at the top of your the screen on the left. In the "New Form" dropdown select "New Form - Contact form (Business)", give your form a name such as "Marketing Department Form" if you want a default form for a whole department to use, or "Kenneth B's Form" if you want a form for yourself, remember to be specific with your forms name. Now select the fields you wish to see on your form from the list below, and click Save.
If you want to force certain fields on your form: Select your form from the forms list, then if you look at your selected fields, simply check the "Required" check box next to the field, and again, click Save.
Now to set up your form. Open up any contact's form. At the top left of the form, just change the "--Select Form--" dropdown to the form you have just created. And there you go. The system will now automatically display your selected form whenever you view a contact until such time that you select a different form to view.
To view the original(full) contact form, just change the dropdown back to "--Select Form--".
