Searching an event for specific delegate criteria.

Once the contacts that have been sent an invitation have responded - you would like to find out who confirmed, who declined and who has not responded yet. Maybe you also want to see how many vegetarians there are etc. All the fields on the profile are searchable either on their own - or in combination - through the CRM Event interface.

Go to the event that you want to search through and click on View. Below the View X contacts link there is a Search delegates link - click on that.

You will see a page with all the fields found on the profile on it, including a box with the status' in it. Choose the combination of fields you are looking for, or for just a single status click on the status you want to see - then click search. You will see a list of all the delegates that fit your requirements.

To send these delegates an email - click on the dropdown at the top of the contact list and click on -Select All- then click on the bulk mail envelope at the top of the confirmed delegates list (not the one at the very top by the event name). You should then be at the bulk mail composer, with all the delegates selected, where you can send your mail to the selection.

Please remember that this is a bulk mail - so you cannot resend an invitation to them, or ask them to complete a profile etc - that can only be done through the invitation (grey envelope) icon.

Exporting only certain delegates

Exporting only the delegates that fit the specified criteria is not possible at this stage. What you would need to do is export the entire list of delegates, then sort your spreadsheet according to the status (or other criteria) you are looking for and delete the rest.
