Adding a group to another group.
There are two ways of doing this:
Option 1 - Activate a group, search for the second group, select it and add to active group.
- Search for the group that you want to add to - so type its name into the Group Search block and click on the Groups button

- When the Group you want to add to appears on the list - check the checkbox to the left of the Group Name, and then click on the activate button:

- The group name should appear in a Green banner at the top of the screen:
- Now go and search for the group that you want to add to the active Group - so type in the name and click on the Groups button.
- When that group appears on the list - check the checkbox to the left of the group name - and then click on the Add all contacts to active group button:
- the contacts from the second group will now be added to the active group.
OPTION 2 - Search for group, click view contacts, select all contacts, then click on the Add to link, type in group name and say add to.
- Search for the group that you want to add - then click on view contacts.
- When the list of contacts appears - click on the --Select-- drop down
and choose Select full list of ...
- Click on the Add to link:
when the dialog box appears - select group - and type in the group name that you want to add these contacts to and click on search
- When the group name appears - click on the Add to button
- The contacts will now be added to the group.
