Searching for a group on OpenNetworks CRM.

All the contacts on your OpenNetworks CRM can be segmented into groups, to see how to add contacts to a group.

Once you have created groups - and want to find them, either to change the group name, or send the group an sms or bulk mail, you need to search for them. So below the contact search area and the email and sms icons, there will be a blank space with a groups button next to it.

To see all the groups that you currently have on your CRM - just click on the groups button - and they will all be listed. To see a specific group - type the group name in the blank space, and either hit enter on your keyboard, or click on the groups button.

The group name will appear in a list - with sms and bulk mail buttons to be used with relation to the entire group.

To see all the contact on the group - click on the View X contacts on the right of the page.
