Column headings for import purposes.

The headings for your columns can be found by exporting a contact. This will also give you the headings for your custom edit fields, please remember that you cannot have two fields with the same headings - the import will not work properly - the system does not know which information to put into which fields. The system will not allow you to have custom edit fields with the same names as other fields.
