Business Manager: Resetting User Password
| If a user has forgotten their password, then you as a Business Manager can reset it to the standard password for them. You need to go to your Setup link at the top right of the screen, click on Employees link, and a list of all the Active Users should appear. Next to their Name is a button which says Reset Password, click on that, and their password is immediately reset. |
Once this has been done, the User has to change their password to something more personalized when they next login. |
