Changing an OpenNetworks CRM users details
Only an active user can change their own details. You cannot change a colleague who is a CRM users mobile number for example. You will be able to look at their details - but there will be no option to save. If a users details need to be changed - they need to log on and do it themselves. For ex users, so users whose logins have been switched off, you can change their details and save the changes. |
