Can I get to my Google Apps and GMail through my OpenNetworks CRM?

Sometimes it is difficult to remember all the sites you need to log into the tools necessary to function daily. So at OpenNetworks - we have made it a little easier to get to your Google Apps and GMail through your OpenNetworks CRM. If you have a Google Apps setup, you should see a link at the top right of your CRM screen that will take you to your login page when you click on it.

We have even taken it a step further – you can actually search your Google Apps mail for mail that you have received or sent to a specific contact in your CRM. This little power packed feature can be found at the top of your contact page – just above the Title dropdown – and if you are logged into your Google Apps Mail and click on the link – you will be taken to your mail – where a search will be run for that contacts email address, returning all the correspondence where their mail address is mentioned. Only logical that if there is no email address for a contact – no search can be done – so remember to capture as much information as possible for each and every contact on your database.
