Types of Reminders and Schedules.

OpenNetworks CRM allows you to set Email and SMS reminders to be sent at a certain time and date.  These can be set for meetings, events, groups and calls.

NB - Please note that sms reminders count as normal sms' and your company will be charged for them as normal sms'.

Meetings
Reminders for meetings are only available in plain text - no images can be added. These are designed to be quick and easy - and can be personalised.

Groups and Events
Templates need to be created for Groups and Events through the Template link under the "More>" link at the top left of the page. Here you can create a new template where you can compose a message and set all the details, for instance, the from address etc. Then you can set the mail or sms template to be sent at a particular time to the Delegates of the event, or the group members.

Calls
These reminders are not changeable - you can choose from either an sms or an email - and the name and number of the contact is sent to you.
