How do I find a contact on OpenNetworks CRM?

Searching for contacts on the OpenNetworks CRM is quite easy! There are a number of different criteria that you can use to search for a contact, namely: Name, Company, Notes, Email, Tel No, and ID No.

In the grey bar at the top of the CRM - you will see the contact search area. To search for a contact you type the name, email address or company name in the blank space - and click on "Contacts" - or hit enter on your keyboard.

 You will probabably be surprised at the number of contacts that are returned to you - but please bear in mind that the criteria was set on all - so the system looked through all 6 of the above criteria when it was asked to search.

To narrow down your search - for example if you know that you are searching for a contact by name, you can do the following. First type in the name or email address, then click on the drop down button - change it to the specific information that you are looking for and then click on the contacts button. The results returned to you will then be more specific - according to the criteria you asked for. So the same can also be done for email addresses, company names etc.
