Technical account management lead

Role

A Technical Account Management Lead provides high-level support, guidance and mentoring to the Technical Account Management Team members. The Technical Account Manager Lead is also an escalation point, ensuring the customers have a world class support experience and the Team provides high-level support to all customers.

Qualifications

  • Required: Relevant Technical and/or Support Google Qualification
  • Beneficial: Professional Collaboration Engineer Qualification
  • Beneficial: Relevant Management/related qualification

Experience

  • Required: At least 2 years’ experience with G Suite as well as supervising/managing a team
  • Beneficial: 4+ years’ experience with supervising/managing a team and support desk/contact centre experience

Programs/Site Knowledge

  • Required: Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Beneficial: HelloSign, FreshDesk, Xneelo, Google Workspace Channel Services

Competencies

  • High service delivery standards, client-orientated, patience, detail-orientated, sequential work-method
