Hlayisani merged with another business, Angelhub Ventures, and the solution entailed the deployment and merge of the two companies on a single platform for increased collaboration.
Google Workspace deployment of 8 users to a single user platform of 10. Mid-migration the deployment technician was replaced, a transition made easy by the Google Cloud Platform. The deployment also required that Gmail had to be integrated with a third-party tool called ‘Streak’ of which the license could not be moved. Workaround included replicating a new license, deprecating the old one and moving data from the old to the new license. In addition, another third party tool ContactOn from Opennetworks was also integrated and deployed.
