The solution
The Student Hub migrated onto Google Workspace. Shared Google Calendars and Meet “Worked like Magic” enabling simple, reliable meetings and ease of scheduling through views on colleagues’ focus and open times. Enforcing 2 Step Verification across the organisation enhanced online security. Shared Sheets and Spaces have boosted collaboration abilities between teams, projects and partner colleges
The result
Support queries around onboarding and email issues were reduced by 100%. Operations Team productivity increased, gaining 2.5 hours or more, a week – with the ease of onboarding. Users found the platform user friendly and enjoyed a dramatic increase in their ability to collaborate, with safe data sharing abilities and realtime delivery reporting.
